Refund/Return Policy

Letecia’s Legacy has a NO RETURN policy unless there is damage or items are incorrect.

Due to the nature of our products, they are considered non-returnable unless received broken/damaged or incorrect product is received. You will be asked to provide photographic proof of damages. We would like to address your concerns in order to make things right. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, at info@letecias.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@letecias.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please understand, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/missing item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 HOURS upon reception to contact us so we can make it right.

We are not responsible for any reactions. If any irritation occurs. please discontinue use immediately.

Safety Concerns

Charms on the bracelets and shoe jibbitz can be a chocking hazard for children. Small Parts are not recommended for children under 3 years of age.
