Standard U.s. shipping: all of our orders are handled and processed with 1-4 business days. please note that handmade items can take up to 3-5 business days to make before shipping. first class mail can take up to 1-3 business days for delivery to us domestic addresses. business days do not include weekends or holidays!
all bracelets and some earrings are handmade at letecia’s legacy.
if shipping takes any longer we will notify you with an email.
Once an item has been handed over to usps it is no longer in the hands of letecia’s legacy. we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages after items have been shipped out. if your item is lost or stolen please contact usps https://usps.com/help/claims/htm
if your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address given on your behalf, letecia’s legacy is not responsible for the extra shipping cost of the products. within 48 hours of receiving the package on our end, we will have to cancel your order.
Once orders have been made, you cannot cancel or make changes. please check your shipping address, billing address and items carefully before placing your orders!
currently we do not ship internationally.
Letecia’s legacy takes fraudulent and suspicious activity seriously. Orders that are disputed or marked as fraudulent/suspicious will be followed up on.

Due to the nature of our products, they are considered non-returnable unless received broken/damaged or incorrect product is received. You will be asked to provide photographic proof of damages. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To start a return, you can contact us at shipping@letecias.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items send back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once an order is placed you only have 24 hours to cancel.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/missing item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 HOURS upon reception to contact us so we can make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please understand, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
