Order Cancellation

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once an order is placed, no cancellation.

 Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are broken. Photographic evidence is required, to be able to further assist you. We ask that within 24 HOURS upon reception, to contact us for resolution.

 Allergic reactions/ allergies

 We are not responsible for any reactions. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately. We are not responsible for beads that may bleed onto skin, furniture, clothing or etc. Please use at your discretion. 

Shoe Charms

We are not responsible for shoes while using our charms. Please insert and remove properly with care. Please use at your discretion.

Charms, shoe charms, beads or any small items can be a chocking hazard for children. Small Parts are not recommended for small children.
