All Sales are Final.

 Letecia’s Legacy has a NO RETURN policy unless items arrive broken. We ask that you email us within 24 hours of receiving package with photo evidence.

All sales are final.

 Due to the nature of our products, they are considered non-returnable unless received broken/damaged or incorrect product is received. You will be asked to provide photographic proof of damages.We ask that you email us within 24 hours of receiving package.  Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, at info@letecias.com.

 To start a return, you can contact us at info@letecias.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If approved, you will be granted store credit.

 Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on sales items or gift cards.

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once an order is placed, no cancellation.

 Damages and Issues

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are broken. Photographic evidence is required, to be able to further assist you. We ask that within 24 HOURS upon reception, to contact us for resolution.

 We are not responsible for any reactions. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately.

 Safety Concerns

Charms, shoe charms, beads or any small items can be a chocking hazard for children. Small Parts are not recommended for small children.
