Standard U.S. shipping: All of our orders are handled and processed with 1-5 business days. Please note, that handmade items can take up to 3-5 business days to process before shipping. First class mail can take up to 1-3 business days for delivery to U.S. domestic addresses. Business days do not include weekends or holidays!
Once an item/items have been handed over to USPS, it is no longer in the hands of Letecia’s Legacy. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages, after items have been shipped out. If your item/s are lost or stolen please contact USPS https://usps.com/help/claims/
If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address given on your behalf, Letecia’s Legacy is not responsible for the extra shipping cost of the products. Within 24 hours of receiving the package on our end, we will have to cancel your order.
Once orders have been made, you cannot cancel or make changes. Please check your shipping address, billing address and items carefully before placing your orders!
Letecia’s Legacy takes fraudulent and suspicious activity seriously. Orders that are disputed or marked as fraudulent/suspicious will be followed up on.

Due to the nature of our products, they are considered non-returnable unless received broken/damaged or incorrect product is received. You will be asked to provide photographic proof of damages. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
